This 8-week class open to those who have completed the beginner course, focuses first and foremost on taking your practice of the first part of the form deeper -- refining it through instructor feedback, learning how to better incorporate the spinal wave and the breath, adding some movements that were not taught in the beginner course. Additionally, students will continue to learn postures of the long form. Ages 18 and up.
Off Thanksgiving week. No class on 11.24.
