This 8-week class open to those who have completed both Beginners 1 and Beginners 2 with Nashville Tai Chi & Wellness. This 8-week course focuses first and foremost on taking your practice of the first part of the form deeper -- refining it through instructor feedback, learning how to better incorporate the spinal wave and the breath, and adding additional postures to skillfully and patiently learn more of the 108 postures of the Yang style long form. Ages 18 and up.
